Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to facilitate faster processing.
Ship the Items
Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
